All services are advisory and consulting in nature. Clients are solely responsible for final business decisions, implementation, hiring, platform subscriptions, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations.

Steel & Stiletto Consulting LLC does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, contractor performance, legal outcomes, third-party service availability, or any particular business result. Results vary based on individual business circumstances, market conditions, and client implementation.

Payment terms, rates, and schedules are established in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Steel & Stiletto Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Deliverables created specifically for a client under a paid engagement become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We retain the right to reference work as portfolio examples unless confidentiality is agreed upon in writing.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance for their business
• Independently verify any contractor, vendor, or third-party recommendations
• Secure their own legal, financial, and professional advice as needed
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Our services may involve setup, configuration, or guidance on third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Workspace, social media platforms, and other software tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Their own terms of service and pricing apply independently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steel & Stiletto Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Steel & Stiletto Consulting LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver agreed services.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services for violation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Newberry County, South Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
