Meet Kit Scarfo

A business person who learned to use technology — not a tech person who learned business.

I'm Keitha Scarfo — most people call me Kit. I'm a grandmother, business owner, investor, entrepreneur, and the woman behind Steel & Stiletto.

My business story did not start in a classroom or behind a polished desk. It started in the real world — inside a family construction and roofing business where the phone rang, customers needed answers, estimates had to get done, paperwork stacked up, and somebody had to keep the office side moving.

Scarfo Construction & Roofing shaped the way I see business. It taught me that a company is not built by a logo alone. It is built through trust, follow-up, reputation, clear communication, hard work, and the ability to show people that you are serious before they ever hire you.

I am not a tech person who learned business. I am a business person who learned how to use technology to make business clearer, faster, and more professional.

That is why I created Steel & Stiletto. I help business owners look at what they already have — their homepage, About page, online presence, customer path, follow-up, messaging, and systems — and figure out what needs to be fixed first.

Sometimes the answer is a stronger homepage. Sometimes it is a better About page. Sometimes it is a landing page, a cleaner lead path, a clearer offer, or simply an honest business review from someone who understands what it feels like to carry the details behind the scenes.

My work is personal because business is personal. It supports families, pays bills, builds legacies, and gives people something to pass down. I believe small business owners deserve to look professional online, tell their story clearly, and stop losing opportunities because the digital side feels overwhelming.
